Baptism is the foundation of Christian life because it is the journey into Christ’s death and Resurrection, which is the foundation of our hope, gives sanctifying grace, that is, God’s life; gives them a new birth in which they become the children of God, members of Christ and temples of the Holy Spirit.
Reconciliation
Reconciliation emphasizes God’s plan for salvation of all, his desire for every person to be reconciled with him and live in communion with him, and his gift of the grace of conversion. It reveals the love of Christ through the action of the Holy Spirit, who pours himself out with a love more powerful than death, more powerful than sin.
Eucharist

Eucharist is the mystery in which Christ’s sacrifice on the cross is perpetuated; it is a memorial of Christ’s passion, death and Resurrection; a sacred banquet in which the people of God share the benefits of the Paschal Mystery. The Eucharist nourishes the Body of Christ, the Church, and each individual communicant.
Anointing of the Sick

This sacrament examines the meaning of human suffering, sickness, aging, healing, and death in the light of the Christian faith. The sacrament unites the sick person to the passion of Christ, for his own good and that of the whole Church;and gives strength, peace and courage to endure in a Christian manner the sufferings of illness and the forgiveness of sin.
Marriage is a distinct and dignified vocation in the Church. It is the establishment of a perpetual and exclusive bond between the spouses that is sealed by God himself; the perfection of the mutually exclusive and permanent love of the couple, the strengthening of their indissoluble unity.
Holy Orders
Holy Orders configures a man to Christ either in the priesthood or diaconal service by a special grace of the Holy Spirit. It hands on the office entrusted by Christ to his Apostles of teaching, sanctifying and governing the faithful. It is a sacred power conferred for the service of the faithful.
